Five years after emigrating to Spain, Honduran Jendy Guevara returned to Santa Rosa de Copán to spend the Christmas season with her family in an emotional reunion.

In an interview, Jendy highlighted how much she missed her village and family while expressing her happiness at being back in her native country.
The park is always lovely, so I did not want to leave without going there, she said. “I have returned to Santa Rosa after more than five years. I was really looking forward to seeing my family again.”
