Andy Najar marries his girlfriend in an emotional wedding to bid farewell to 2024
Honduran footballer Andy Najar, a star of Olimpia , ended the year 2024 with a special celebration by marrying his girlfriend and mother of his son, Nixy Oviedo.
The couple formalized their union on December 31 in a civil ceremony full of romance and spiritual meaning.
Through his Instagram account, Najar shared an emotional message along with a photograph where he appears hugging his wife, while the song “Enamorados” by the duo Tercer Cielo could be heard in the background.
“God + you and me: love forever,” the player wrote, reflecting the deep meaning of this step in their lives.
For her part, Nixy also expressed her happiness on social media by posting a message dedicated to her husband: “I love you, my husband. May God be in control of our marriage.”
The couple also shared a tender video dancing together to the rhythm of “A Thousand Years” in its Spanish version, making clear the love and complicity that unites them.

This important moment in their lives comes two months after the footballer proposed to Nixy in October 2024.
The wedding also coincides with the beginning of a new professional chapter for Najar, who recently renewed his contract with Olimpia for two more years.
