Things probably can’t get much odder for As I Lay Dying and the metalcore band’s lone remaining member, singer Tim Lambesis. Earlier this month, everyone but Lambesis quit. The departing members all made statements to the effect that the environment was no longer healthy or safe for them to continue, and the singer responded basically saying he agreed that the situation within the group had become toxic.
Now, videos of Lambesis having disturbing exchanges with his wife Dany have started making the rounds. One video without audio shows the couple having a visibly tense conversation. Lambesis gets in her face before pulling back. He then hits a suitcase and starts shaking his fists before banging his head and arms with his fist. Lambesis notices the camera and turns it away from view.
A second video shows an argument between the couple where Lambesis overturns a table where his wife was sitting. She shouts an expletive at the singer and starts to walk away before Lambesis cuts her off to professes his love. When she again distances herself, he starts pleading with her and punching himself.
