A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the remand of Tigran Gambaryan, a Binance executive, at the Kuje Correctional Centre while his bail application is being considered.

Justice Emeka Nwite, the presiding judge, issued the order after Gambaryan pleaded not guilty to the money laundering charges brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Monday.

According to the PUNCH, the judge subsequently adjourned the matter till April 18 for the ruling on his bail application and May 2 for commencement of trial.
