Colombian woman seeks Honduran boyfriend and wins him over with video of dancing punta
A video posted on TikTok by a Colombian woman sparked a wave of comments and reactions on social media, after the young woman shared her enthusiasm for learning to dance punta, the traditional Garifuna rhythm from Honduras.
In the images, he appears in his room wearing a Honduras National Team shirt while demonstrating his steps.
“Learning to learn to speak Spanish for when a Honduran comes and takes me to Honduras,” the young woman wrote in the video, which quickly went viral among Honduran and international users.
The dancer, who made clear her love for music and culture, also added in the description: “As a good Colombian, here we dance everything,” which generated even more sympathy among those who saw the video.

In the comments, several Hondurans were quick to volunteer to “take her to Honduras ,” while others applauded her enthusiasm for learning about and promoting such an important element of the national culture.
