Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court in Abuja has granted bail to Yahaya Bello, the immediate past governor of Kogi State.
The former governor’s trial was resumed on December 13, and the presiding court granted him N500 million, with two sureties in the same sum.
He stated that the two sureties must swear an affidavit of means and hold properties in Abuja.
