An image of the two of them kissing has been circulating on social media, and users immediately claimed that they had come out of the closet, however, it is all false.
This photo, as well as the videos circulating on the web, are fake and, as far as we know, were created with artificial intelligence (AI). Furthermore, at no time have the singers claimed to be in a romantic relationship.
Due to so much speculation, Meylin Zúñiga , the girlfriend of the interpreter of ‘Según quién’, decided to upload two photographs with him. In both images they are seen hugging and very happy.
It should be noted that Leon is currently in a relationship with Zuniga, who is 34 years old and is originally from Tampico, Tamaulipas; she defines herself as a businesswoman and has her own sports brand called ‘F’, which proves that Carin is not gay.

Carín León has a beautiful relationship with Meylin, however, for the moment they are boyfriend and girlfriend and not husband. It should be remembered that the native of Hermosillo was married to Alejandra Esquer.
The reasons for the breakup were not disclosed, but according to speculation the reason would be an alleged infidelity by the author of ‘Primera Cita’, but he limited himself to giving a message on social networks.

Alejandra and Carín got married in 2021, but their relationship broke up after a few months and their divorce came in July 2024. Without children, they went their separate ways.
