Father and son make a discovery that surprises thousands of Hondurans. Is it possible that nature hides a monumental secret?
A father and son have revealed that what they had always considered a simple mountain on Cerro El Coyolar, in Jamastrán, Danlí , could actually be a sleeping giant.
In a video shared on his TikTok account, the father, identified as Nahún Sánchez, excitedly recounted his discovery while they were traveling along the highway that connects Jutiapa with Coyolar and Santa Ana.
“Hi family, I want to tell you something. We just discovered that the mountain we always thought was a mountain is not a mountain, but a sleeping giant,” the man wrote in his post.
According to his story, as he looked closely at the hill, he began to notice a peculiar shape that resembled a giant lying down and half buried, something he had never seen before.
The father explained that, when looking at the hill, what appeared to be a simple hill could actually be the figure of a giant resting.
“It’s like he has his hands on his chest, then he goes to his neck and then you can see his head,” he said, pointing out the details on the hill.
The visible shape of the chin, mouth, nose, eyes and part of the ears of the supposed giant left him perplexed.
Through the video , he invited his followers to observe carefully and share their opinions. “Do you see the same thing as me? For me this is spectacular, the first time I have managed to observe something like this,” he added, asking users to comment if they also perceived the figure of the sleeping giant.
