The Senate has ordered the arrest of the Managing Director of Julius Berger PLC over failure to appear before its Committee on Works to explain the stalled execution of the Itu-Odukpani highway contract.
During Thursday’s session in Abuja, Senate President Sen. Godswill Akpabio announced the resolution to seek an arrest warrant against the MD.
