As the teams headed to the dressing room at halftime with Milan trailing 2-0, Walker called out to Felix and appeared to say: “Pass the ball, we are not Messi.”
The remark highlighted the defender’s irritation as Milan struggled in another disappointing Serie A outing.
Milan managed to pull a goal back late through Luka Jovic, but it wasn’t enough to salvage a result.
The Rossoneri are currently languishing in ninth place, nine points off the Champions League qualification spots.
Walker, who joined Milan on loan from Manchester City in January, had initially enjoyed an unbeaten run in his first four appearances.
However, a hamstring injury sidelined him, and Milan lost both games in his absence.
His return coincided with further struggles, including a 1-0 defeat to Lazio, though Milan picked up wins against Lecce and Como.
