Lionel Messi & Antonela Roccuzzo share trophy delight with their three sons & Luis Suarez’s family – with Inter Miami celebrating Supporters’ Shield win ahead of MLS Cup play-offs

The Herons have enjoyed a memorable, and historic, 2024 campaign. Tata Martino’s side have claimed the Supporters’ Shield, meaning that they will enter the MLS play-offs as No.1 seeds. The record books have been rewritten there, with a new single-season points high posted.

  Messi has been a talismanic presence for Inter Miami when fit, registering 22 goals across all competitions. His fellow former Barcelona superstar Suarez has also broken through the 20-goal barrier, with the expectation being that he will agree an extension to his one-year contract in Florida.
