In the last few hours, Mexican content creator Luisito Comunica was arrested by agents of the Specialized Corps for Metro Security (Cesmet) in the Dominican Republic because he did not have a permit to record. Is he in jail ?
According to international media, Luisito Comunica was arrested and escorted out of the Dominican Republic subway to proceed with the respective procedures for producing content without the prior permission of passengers.
Why is Luisito Comunica in jail?
Luis Arturo Villar Sudek , popularly known as Luisito Comunica , remains detained for not presenting the documents that prove his permission to record inside the subway, since these are necessary to avoid the invasion of the privacy of passengers .
Following the arrest of the content creator, many of his followers began recording what was happening, and multiple videos began to circulate on social media in a viral way.
The video shows three security agents escorting Luisito out of the subway, while a fourth waits for him at the exit to take him to the outskirts of the town in the Dominican Republic .

The description of one of the viral videos says: “A young man who travels around the world making videos of his travels and with this he helps tourism, comes to my country, which lives off tourism, and they do this to him.”
What will happen to Luisito?
It is not yet known what measures will be taken against Luisito Comunica, but it is speculated that he could receive a fine, since his crime does not merit jail time, or at least in Mexico it is not considered so serious.
However, some netizens have suggested that the content creator try to request all the necessary permits to film, since some officers could confiscate his equipment.
