Olimpia midfielder Carlos Pineda experienced a special moment off the pitch on Friday when he received a meaningful gift from his wife, Daniela Hernández, hours before his religious wedding.
The couple, who had already entered into a civil ceremony last February, celebrated their religious union one year after their romantic marriage proposal.
The gift, delivered in an elegant wooden box, contained a black watch accompanied by a message full of love and promises. On the box, Daniela wrote: “Do you agree to love us for life? Don’t be late, I’ll be the one in white.”
He also included a phrase that reflects the profound meaning of the present:
“Every second, every minute, every hour, every day, I choose you. This clock marks the beginning of our life together. I would say yes to you a million times over.”
The gesture moved the footballer, who was quick to share this detail with his loved ones before taking the next step in their relationship.
