On Tuesday, the Kremlin leader will welcome Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India. “My visit to Kazan will further strengthen the special and privileged strategic partnership between India and Russia,” Narendra Modi had said before his arrival in Kazan. Later in the day, a meeting is also planned with Xi Jinping, Putin’s Chinese ally.
