Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who is endorsing Donald Trump in the presidential election, is promoting a $47 bonus that the billionaire’s political action committee is offering people for every voter registered in a key state.
“For every key state voter you endorse, you’ll get $47. Easy money,” Musk advertises on his X platform.
Musk’s promotion of the petition came a day after he appeared alongside Donald Trump at a campaign rally for the Republican presidential candidate in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The states where the offer is valid — Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin and North Carolina — are seen as likely to provide the margin of victory in the election between Trump and Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris.
