Russians strike hard: 104 attack drones launched overnight
On Sunday night, Russian forces carried out a massive drone attack in Ukraine.
As reported by the Ukrainian Air Force, Kiev as well as the Ivano-Frankivsk, Soumy and Dnipropetrovsk regions “suffered from the Russian drone attack. Infrastructure, residential buildings and private homes were damaged”.
A total of 104 attack drones were launched in Ukraine, 57 of which were reportedly shot down. 39 dummy drones were reported to have disappeared completely from radar.
The Russian Ministry of Defense also claimed to have recaptured a village in the Kursk region of Russia. This was an area that the Ukrainian army had conquered in a breakthrough last summer.
