The complaint, which initially attracted media attention, was later withdrawn by Mouliaá’s decision. “It was not filed, I withdrew it so that my daughter would have a father present,” explained the actress, stressing that her priority has always been Sienna’s well-being.
The case, however, faced legal challenges due to the “lack of coherence” in the version presented by Mouliaá, according to the court ruling.
Despite this, the Prosecutor’s Office attempted to broaden the investigation, suggesting taking statements from close relatives, including the actress’s father. However, Mouliaá’s lawyer resigned from representing her, and ultimately, the actress decided not to continue with the legal process.

“The complaint against my ex-husband was for an episode of physical abuse, not sexual, and it was against me, not my daughter. I wanted him to be able to stay in Madrid for her,” said the actress, making it clear that her main focus has been Sienna’s emotional well-being.
