Spongebob Interrogation Video
A two-minute video has captured attention on social media for its crude content. In it, a man identified as Marco Antonio Sánchez Muñoz, alias ‘El Bob Esponja’ , appears handcuffed, wearing a black shirt and jeans, while answering a series of questions related to his activities within a criminal faction.
During questioning, Sánchez Muñoz identifies himself as a transporter and freighter, and admits to having ties to the organization known as ‘Los Chapos’. Throughout the recording, he offers details about his relationships with various members of this criminal group, including nicknames such as ‘Kevin 29’, ‘El Pelón or Facundo’, ‘William’ and ‘Cholo ‘, whom he describes as part of a network dedicated to the transportation and theft of goods.
The detainee also mentions his closeness to ‘Piyi’, whom he calls his godfather, and recounts his participation in events organised by this group, including parties where he witnessed how they planned mass executions.
According to his testimony, on one occasion he was present when the decision was made to eliminate between 10 and 12 people, who were former members of ‘ Los Chapos’ who had joined ‘Los Mayos’.
During the interrogation, Sánchez Muñoz also identified other individuals related to the organization, mentioning ‘El Picudo’ and his brother, who he claims have key roles in the sector where he resides, in a neighborhood known as Las Moras.
He also talks about a relative of his, nicknamed ‘El Chava Acme’ , whom he describes as a former truck driver who later joined the ranks of the Chapos as a hitman.
The video concludes with a resentful message from ‘SpongeBob’ , directed at those he believes abandoned him: “Go to hell for leaving me alone. Because they didn’t even stop me, nobody spoke to me on my behalf.”
This type of material, although disturbing, exposes the complex networks of organized crime that operate in different regions of the country. The authorities have not issued an official statement on the veracity of the content.
