T-Pain has unexpectedly hit the studio with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
The two appear to be teasing some kind of music release with Zuckerberg posting a picture on his Instagram Stories of the two of them working the boards in a studio.
He also captioned the post: “It’s happening guys.”
T-Pain then reposted the Story, adding his own caption, saying: “It is time…” while also referring to the billionaire as “Z”.
The two have had an unexpectedly blossoming friendship in recent times with T-Pain gifting Zuckerberg a Nappy Boy chain earlier this year.
Zuckerberg posted a picture of himself wearing the piece of jewelry and said: “Thanks @tpain for the epic new chain. Perfect opportunity to show how the new Segment Anything AI research model we’re releasing today can track different objects in the same video. Lots of fun video effects will be possible with this.”
T-Pain replied: “Looks great on you buddy. Thanks for being a great friend.”
Zuckerberg then teased future plans between the two: “It’s a great chain! Looking forward to more adventures ahead.”
T-Pain has previously expressed some of the issues he has had with one of Zuckerberg’s platforms, Instagram.
The rapper and singer leaked his own direct messages from stars such as Viola Davis, YBN Nahmir, Diplo, Fergie, NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns, Keri Hilson, pornstar Nina Kayy, Princess Pia Mia and former soccer player Daniel Sturridge to show how the DM feature wasn’t working as well as it could be.
T-Pain said that he missed all of the messages as they had not gone into his main inbox: “I swear!! I’m just now seeing all these messages and mentions TODAY!!!! How do I super apologize? Press conference? Town hall meeting? I’m dumb.”
T-Pain later talked with Zuckerberg about the issues with the billionaire Meta owner explaining: “The reason we have the ‘request feature’ is basically to prevent bullying or spam and other unwanted interactions. To be able to filter that out. Ideally, we should be able to figure out who the other people who might be sending you messages are who should get into that. The feature isn’t quite as advanced today as hopefully, it is in the future.
