Three People Murdered in The Buenos Aires Neighborhood of Tegucigalpa
This would be the second massacre in less than 12 hours in the capital, leaving seven people dead so far.
On Monday night, a new massacre of three people , two men and a woman , was recorded in the populous Buenos Aires neighborhood of Tegucigalpa , capital of Honduras.
Preliminary reports from the National Police indicate that the victims, whose identities have not been revealed, were attacked by unknown individuals on a motorcycle.
It was also reported that the three bodies were found inside a liquor store . It was also reported that two other people were injured and were taken to a hospital in the capital.
After the triple murder was committed, police officers arrived at the scene to secure the crime scene and begin investigations into the case and find the whereabouts of those responsible.
It is expected that in the next few hours the identification of the deceased, who today left three families in mourning, will be possible, as well as the identity of the criminals.
Second massacre in less than 12 hours
Earlier on Monday, four men were found dead in a garbage dump in the village of La Cañada, south of the capital.
According to preliminary information, the bodies had several bullet wounds and signs of torture. In addition, it was learned that one of the deceased was an employee of the 911 Emergency System.
So far in 2025, Honduras has recorded, with these last two, at least nine multiple homicides that have left a total of 30 fatalities .

- February 5 in Ocotepeque , where three people died.
- February 8, in Juticalpa, Olancho, where it claimed the lives of three people .
- February 14 , at least four people were murdered in Catacamas, Olancho.
- February 23, three deaths in the Brisas de Oriente neighborhood of Tegucigalpa.
- February 27, three deaths in Yoro, Yoro
- March 3, four deaths in the village of La Cañada, Tegucigalpa.
