The Italian club’s offer includes a loan fee of €5 million, with an obligation to make the move permanent next summer for an additional €25 million.
Lukaku, who spent the previous season on loan at AS Roma, has shown a strong preference for remaining in Serie A, where he previously played for Inter Milan during the 2022-23 campaign. The potential move to Napoli would see Lukaku join another top Serie A side, but it hinges on Chelsea’s decision.

As per The Guardian, Manchester United believe the price point for Ugarte to be too high and are willing to wait until deadline day to force PSG to reconsider their asking price. Real Sociedad open the door for Arsenal to sign Mikel Merino

Real Sociedad president Jokin Aperribay said, per Fabrizio Romano: “We will talk to Arsenal and defend the interests of Real Sociedad. When we consider that the offer is good, we will say yes.
“We know what Merino’s wishes are, so we decided not to call him up [for Real Sociedad’s La Liga opener]”.
