Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sunday that his country is willing to swap captured North Korean soldiers for Ukrainian soldiers held in Russia.
On Saturday, Ukraine declared that it had captured two North Korean soldiers. That news was confirmed by South Korea’s intelligence services.
‘Ukraine is ready to hand over Kim Jong Un’s soldiers to him if he can organize their exchange for our warriors who are being held captive in Russia’, Zelensky wrote in a post on X.
