The pastor ‘s wife not only displayed the messages as evidence, but distributed printed copies to those in attendance.
“Yesterday I checked my husband’s cell phone, and today I confirmed that he is having an affair with Levite Laís . Here is the proof for everyone to see,” Medeiros said before a stunned congregation.
The video, which quickly reached TikTok and other platforms, shows how tensions escalated when Medeiros approached the alleged lover and physically assaulted her, causing a riot among those attending the service.
Social media was filled with mixed comments: while some questioned the way and place in which the situation was addressed, others praised Medeiros for her courage in publicly facing the betrayal.
So far, the church has not issued an official statement regarding the incident.
