Real? A viral video of a wheelchair moving without any explanation sparks a debate about the paranormal on social media.
A disturbing video recorded in a hospital in the city of Chandigarh, India, has gone viral, sparking an intense debate between those who believe in the paranormal and those who seek logical explanations.
The footage, captured by security cameras in the early hours of the morning, shows a wheelchair apparently moving on its own through the reception area and corridors of the medical centre.
In the images, shared on social media by UHN Plus–En Español , the hospital reception area can be seen deserted.
Among the waiting chairs, a wheelchair stands out , which unexpectedly begins to move slowly without anyone manipulating it. The path continues to a corridor where it disappears from the camera’s view.
In another shot, a security guard , apparently alerted by noises, is shown going out into the yard to investigate before the video ends.
The debate on the networks
The video has divided opinions among Internet users. The most skeptical attribute the chair’s movement to mundane causes such as a ramp or the lack of brakes.
“They didn’t activate the handbrake, it’s obviously a slope,” “Surely someone had a remote control,” “Poor invalid spirit,” joked some users.
On the other hand, those who believe in supernatural phenomena argue that the images are clear evidence of paranormal activity:
- “There’s no wind, it’s not gravity, this has to be a ghost”
- “And now how do skeptics explain this?”
- “How scary! There is definitely something beyond.”
As the video continues to rack up millions of views, the mystery remains. Although no official statement has been issued from the hospital regarding the incident, the footage has sparked both curiosity and fear in the digital community.
