The 3D simulator, which incorporates the top speeds posted by both men over the course of their playing days, has Portuguese icon Ronaldo completing 100m in just 11.15 seconds – with Messi left trailing in his wake.

    Messi’s game has never been about speed over the surface, though, at least not over any considerable distance. He is quicker than most over a couple of yards and boasts the technical ability to leave opponents chasing shadows. Ronaldo has always prided himself on being in peak physical condition, with strength in the air another weapon in the Al-Nassr striker’s arsenal that his eternal rival from Inter Miami does not possess.
