“‘Maistro’, I’m going to Copán”: The man said he needs money to go to Copán, but he rejects a ride and unleashes laughter on social media.
A video went viral on social media when it captured a man with a sign in the middle of the street, apparently asking for money to return to Copán , until a Honduran confronted him from his vehicle.
The driver called him out, revealing what many users have described as an “ingenious ending.”
The video shows the man approaching the vehicle when the driver says to him: “Maistro, I’m going to Copán, are you going with me?”
Surprised by the offer, the gentleman thanks him with a wave of his hand but quickly rejects the invitation, choosing to stay on the street.
Faced with the unexpected response, the driver simply drove away, leaving the man in the same position. It is not yet known in which city in Honduras the video was recorded and how far the location is from Copán.

The video quickly went viral, garnering thousands of views and comments that mixed humor and skepticism, with some saying that she made the decision for “safety” reasons and others saying that it could be that she really doesn’t want to go to Copán.

On the other hand, other users tell how they have been scammed by people who supposedly ask for help.
