After an adult woman filed charges against Chilean President Gabriel Boric , as well as other influential figures in the country, for sexual harassment, dissemination of intimate images and hacking her mobile device, it has triggered a series of questions, especially: Who is Gabriel Boric’s accuser?

The woman who filed the complaint, whose identity has not been revealed due to the nature of the case, is a 41-year-old woman , a lawyer by profession , according to data published by Emol. The woman accuses Boric of disclosing explicit images on digital platforms, as well as sexual harassment.
It is also known that he is a low-profile person, and that according to his own versions he has decided to remain anonymous for legal reasons, and in an interview he stated that he is undergoing medical treatment.
The woman and the president reportedly met at the Punta Arenas Legal Assistance Corporation while practicing law and barely met. So far, the legal defense has presented 25 emails which were sent from at least 5 different accounts between August 2023 and July 2014.

According to some media reports, the woman’s language could indicate a possible mental imbalance. “And I swear that all I want is to be with you, live with you, die with you and I am boiling with love.” “All my sacrifices have always been for you and I hope to continue doing so, if you let me, you are the only God that exists,” can be read in one of the emails.
One of the emails that drew the most attention from the press reads : “Don’t show the photos to anyone else anymore? They are just for you, it’s the first time I’ve exposed myself so much to someone,” says the email sent on April 26 , in which seven files with explicit photographs from the sender are attached.
In the last emails, the complainant uses strong words : “ Thank you for ruining my life, you damn bastard .” The last email is dated July 11, 2014, in which the complainant expresses regret for having sent him explicit content and demands that the images be removed and that they be shown to individuals.
He then warns him to keep the backup email in case it is necessary to take legal action, indicating that it was a mistake: ” in case of possible extortion on your part, or if I see that you published it, showed it to another person or have not deleted it yet, due to possible lawsuit, if I see that it is necessary.”
