Why I’m always depressed – Singer Omah Lay shares shocking revelation
One of the causes of his persistent sadness was recently revealed online by well-known Nigerian singer and songwriter Stanley Omah Didia, better known by his stage name Omah Lay.
With the release of his breakthrough song “Bad Influence” in 2020, Omah Lay gained widespread recognition on the internet for his unsettling posts. Several users expressed that they had never seen him smile, let alone joyful.
Sometimes in July 2022, Omah Lay, the producer of the popular song “Soso,” revealed to the public that he exercises coitus with his therapist and that this makes his sadness worse.
He also mentioned that during the recording of his previous album, “Boy Alone,” he experienced depression and even considered suicide.
When Omah Lay stated in an interview in October 2023 that he didn’t believe in any religion and that he eventually intended to convert to Islam, it caused even more controversy.
Shedding more light on his depression, Omah Lay in a post shared via his verified page on X formerly called Twitter today, January 22nd 2023 said that he is deficient in money.
He begs his God to shower him with more money as he claims that he needs more money.
He wrote; “God! I need more money please ????????.”
