Former CEO of Astronomer, Andy Byron, is reportedly planning to sue Coldplay over a viral kiss cam moment at one of their recent concerts.
Notably, a viral video showing a kiss cam clip from a Coldplay concert in Massachusetts, featuring Byron and Astronomer’s HR head, Kristin Cabot, sparked controversy online.
Byron claims the moment caused him emotional distress and invaded his privacy, and he is now considering suing Coldplay and the event organizers.
Although no formal lawsuit has been filed, Byron is considering legal action against Coldplay and the event organizers.
Meanwhile, Andy Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, has filed for divorce.
The divorce proceedings are ongoing, with Megan reportedly seeking a settlement of $200 million.
