Mathias is sentenced by the court for attempting to extort his brother Paul Pogba out of €13 million

Rather than being imprisoned, Mathias will spend the first year of his sentence under house arrest while wearing an electronic bracelet.

Pogba was also fined 20,000 euros by the court for his involvement in an attempt to extort 13 million euros ($13.5 million) from his brother in 2022. He was convicted of putting pressure on Paul Pogba, his relatives, and business associates in order to obtain the money.
